Gasket Sheets
Sealing material for Every Industry

A gasket sheet is a flat sealing material like rubber, PTFE, graphite, or fiber-based material. DISS-Europe supplies gasket sheets as full sheets or cut to your exact specifications.

Providing gaskets for
industrial turnarounds

A gasket turnaround is not a standard purchasing exercise. It is a compressed operational period with thousands of work scopes, multiple contractorsstrict safety procedures, and constant pressure on lead times.

Standard procurement flows often lose valuable hours through quotation rounds, internal confirmationsand fragmented communication.

What is a gasket sheet?

A gasket sheet is a flat piece of sealing material used to create a leak-tight barrier between two mating surfaces, flanges, covers, housings, or pipe joints.

Unlike pre-molded gaskets, sheet material can be cut into virtually any shape or size, making it the go-to choice for custom gasket applications, replacement parts, and low-to-medium pressure sealing where flexibility matters more than a fixed profile.

Rubber
gasket sheets

Rubber gasket sheets are available in NBR, EPDM, Neoprene, and Silicone. They offer flexibility, easy compressibility, and reliable sealing under moderate temperatures and pressures.

NBR resists oils and fuels, EPDM handles steam and outdoor exposure, Neoprene balances general chemical resistance, and Silicone performs well across wide temperature swings.

A costeffective, versatile choice for sealing.

PTFE
gasket sheets

PTFE gasket sheets deliver exceptional chemical resistance and non-stick, low-friction properties, making them ideal for aggressive media, food-grade processing, and pharmaceutical applications.

Available as pure PTFE or PTFE-enveloped sheets with a compressible core, they combine broad chemical compatibility with dependable sealing performance across a wide temperature range in demanding environments.

Fiber & CNAF
gasket sheets

Fiber and CNAF (non-asbestos fiber) gasket sheets offer a safe, modern alternative to asbestos-based materials, with solid all-round chemical and thermal resistance for general industrial use.

Cost-effective and versatile, they perform reliably across a broad range of pressures and temperatures, making them a popular choice for standard flange sealing applications.

Gasket sheet thickness, standards & custom cutting

We supply gasket sheets in standard thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 6 mm, cut to your drawing or sample. All materials are selected and processed in line with recognized industry standards (ASTM, DIN, ASME, API). Depending on the material, it’s available with BAM and fire-safe certification for critical applications.

Send us your flange dimensions, operating temperature, pressure, and the media involved, and our engineers will recommend the right sheet material and thickness for your application.
